It started with making the contact and from there it was very positive. Kristi called me after hours to let me know that she was not able to get me on Wednesday schedule but she wanted me to know that they could come out on Thursday morning. Just as scheduled Greg showed up on Thursday morning, he was ahead of scheduled and he called to find out if it was okay to get here early, which was find. He was very professional, he gave me estimates for repairs and replacement . Due to the urgency of my need, Greg was able to get me on the schedule for Monday. The workers were great, arrived on time. It was truly a blessing to work with Southern Star and their group. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Working with them was a great experience, especially since this was my first time dealing with roof replacement alone.
